In 2010, alongside my husband, I launched Rahab Centre for Hope, a safe haven for women in distress. My corporate experience equipped me with the skills to establish and efficiently run the organization, ensuring structured operations, strategic planning, and sustainable impact.
For three years, I balanced both corporate and social responsibilities before making a complete transition. Since then, I have dedicated my life to empowering and rehabilitating vulnerable women—survivors of abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, and abandonment.
Rahab Centre for Hope is a charitable non-profit organization established in 2010 and is registered as a Society under the Society Registration Act of 1860. The shelter home offers comprehensive counselling and medical care, facilitating recovery and fostering pathways for women to reunite with their families, reintegrate into society, and embark on the journey toward independent living.
Since its inception, the organization has focused on fostering the holistic advancement of communities, with a strong emphasis on empowering women and addressing pivotal areas such as education, healthcare, livelihood and skill development, vocational training, and the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
It has been spearheading developmental initiatives across four Indian states—Delhi, districts Sambhal and Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, Alwar district in Rajasthan, and Haridwar district in Uttarakhand—for the past 14 years.

At Rahab Centre for Hope, we work as a facilitator of change, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives, achieve financial independence, and live with dignity. Our mission is to bring hope, healing, and a second chance to those in need.
I embarked on my professional journey in the corporate world, building a distinguished career spanning 25 years in top management roles across leading multinational corporations.
Despite the prestige and financial success, I often felt that my work was solely driven by monetary gains rather than purpose and fulfilment.
Having gone through pain and grief myself, those experiences led me to my true passion, which lay in making a meaningful impact on society, and with that conviction, I made the bold decision to leave behind a lucrative career and transition into the social sector – venturing into the unknown with no prior experience, – yet fuelled by an unwavering determination to create change.
I am now dedicated to make a difference in the lives of marginalized communities, driven by a passion for Women and children, and started Rahab Centre for HOPE, an NGO that rehabilitates Women who are sexually abused, discriminated, exploited and victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Restored women from slavery and brought them into the main stream of society and on the road to Independent Living and this includes 26 internationally trafficked women from 8 countries.
This is a Fight for Justice and for their Rights to ensure they receive a fair trial and recover pending wages, and help them on the road to independent living.
My greatest rewards are the lives transformed, giving them a second chance, and the HOPE restored.
Every woman deserves a chance to heal, rebuild, and thrive. With your support, we can continue to create a safe and nurturing space for those in need.
With each milestone, I remain committed to expanding my impact, uplifting underserved communities, and ensuring a future of dignity and empowerment for those in need.
